Best day of the week.
Grabbed a sandwich from Provisions for lunch.
Rode my bike to Fishermans Beach (approx. 3.5 mi. each way)
Found a nice spot on the beach, laid my towel out, put on all the sunscreen,
turned up the tunes, and picked up my book.
The one thing about Nantucket in August is that the beaches are
BUSY!
Like really busy. Within ONE hour I had people on either side of me within 5 feet each direction.
Including a girl at least 10 years younger, and 50 lbs lighter in the exact same swim suit as me.
AWESOME.
Oh well. We can't all be 15 again can we?
Still it was a nice day on Nantucket, wish I had some bathing beauties with me. Beach is BoRiNg by my lonesome.
